Put your creativity into motion as you learn the fundamental techniques of animation. In this program, you will explore digital animation principles and how to bring your creations to life. This program provides an introduction to animating as well as illustration, character design, properties of movement, and storytelling techniques. No prior experience is necessary. All skill levels are welcome.

- Create backgrounds and environments that fit your story
- Review 2D and web-based animation
Projects and Activities
- Design and develop your own unique characters to animate
- Design and implement a 30 second to 2 minute animated story
- Make a background that can scroll in parallax
- Draw characters with the intention of animating them
- Use a walk cycle
